Inverness Middle School (IMS), nicknamed the "Chargers", is a public middle school in the town of Inverness, Florida, United States.^[1] A part of the Citrus County School District, Inverness Middle currently offers a three-year curriculum in grades 6-8 and currently has an enrollment of 1,035 students.^[2] The school was founded in 1950.^[3]
