Iroha Hokazono (Japanese: 外薗 彩羽, romanized: Hokazono Iroha; born February 4, 2008), known mononymously as Iroha (Korean: 이로하), is a Japanese singer and dancer based in South Korea. She debuted as a member of the South Korean girl group Illit in 2024, after finishing fourth in JTBC and Hybe Corporation's girl group reality survival television show R U Next? in 2023.

2023-2024: R U Next? and Illit[edit]
In 2023, Iroha participated in the South Korean girl group reality survival show R U Next?, a competition to determine the final members of Belift Lab's first girl group.[1] Iroha, finishing fourth, subsequently joined the newly formed girl group Illit. [2][3] On March 25, 2024, Illit officially debuted with the release of their first extended play (EP), Super Real Me.
