IronPDF[edit]

IronPDF[1][2][3][2] is a software library used for the creation, manipulation, and rendering of PDF documents in .NET applications. It is developed by Iron Software in 2015 and supports various features such as PDF generation from HTML, editing capabilities, and integration with C# and other .NET languages. IronPDF was subsequently developed in other languages Java[4], Python[5] and Node.js.

IronPDF allows developers to generate and manipulate PDF files within .NET applications[5]. It provides a provides a simple interface for converting HTML to PDFs, editing existing PDFs, and securing documents with compliance like PDF/A and PDF/UA[1]. The library is designed to integrate seamlessly with C# and other .NET languages, facilitating a range of PDF-related tasks in software development. Iron Software presented IronPDF at the .NET Conf 2023.[6], an event created by .NET Foundation and Microsoft, to launch .NET 8.
