Isaiah Keon Drake (born July 15, 2005) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Atlanta Braves organization.
Drake attended North Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia. As a senior in high school with teammate Antonio Anderson, he led the team to a 27-10 record as they advanced to the round of 16 in the state tournament.[1]
Drake played for the FCL Braves of the Florida Complex League during his rookie season in 2023.[2]
Being touted as a “prep speedster outfielder” having a cannon arm,[3] he was drafted in the fifth round of the 2023 MLB Draft by the Atlanta Braves, who got him a signing bonus of $747,500.[4]
In 2024, he participated in the first Spring Breakout prospect showcase.[5]
As of February 2024, he was listed among the top 30 prospects for the Braves by Battery Power, a subsection of SB Nation made up of Braves fans.[6]
His brother, Kenyan Drake, played in the National Football League (NFL).[7]
