Jörg Dennis Krüger was born and raised in Hannover, Germany. He pursued his higher education at the Gesamthochschule Hagen, focusing on Law and Business Administration, and later studied Project Management at the Fernakademie Hamburg. Additionally, he attended the Open University Business School, where he concentrated on Management.

Krüger's career began with various roles in consulting and content management. He worked as a Senior Consultant for jdk - The Content Management Architects and later held a leadership position at S-S-B DigitalServices AG, where he was responsible for building the training division and the company's web presence. He also served as a Trainer and Consultant at Hyperwave AG, developing training materials and conducting client training sessions.

Conversion Optimization and Leadership Roles[edit]

Krüger gained significant recognition for his work in conversion optimization while working with Trakken GmbH and QUISMA GmbH, a GroupM company. At QUISMA, he led the Conversion Optimization business unit, contributing to sales and marketing and reporting directly to the executive management.

Sixt AG and Regiondo GmbH[edit]

At Sixt AG, Krüger served as Executive Manager Websites, overseeing all marketing aspects of the company's ecommerce websites, including conversion, usability, content, design, and tracking. He later joined Regiondo GmbH as Head of Product Marketing, Performance Marketing , and Conversion Optimization , earning praise from investors for his impact on increasing online shop revenue.[1]

In April 2011, Krüger co-founded ConversionBoosting with Philipp Ronicke and Julian Kleinknecht. As CEO until 2019, he developed platforms like ANALYZE and KNOW, which became valuable resources for online marketing professionals in Germany. ConversionBoosting received €1 million in venture capital from LOML Investments (Tilman Au), Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz, and Prof. Peter Gentsch.[2] Krüger remains a shareholder in the company.
