Jalna bus stand is the central bus stand in Jalna city operates by Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC). This stand has 12 platforms and one ST depot.

The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) runs around buses from the city on a daily basis. Many buses are estimated to arrive and depart from the stand. Lalpari, Day Ordinary, Ordinary Express, Vithai, Hirkani(semi-luxury), Non AC sleeper-seater and Shivshahi etc is the type of buses operates by MSRTC.

From this bus stand, buses are always available to many major towns and cities like, Pune, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Amravati, Akola, Buldana, Jalgaon, Dhule, Nanded, Hingoli, Parbhani, Beed, Dharashiv, Latur, Solapur, Pandharpur, Sangli, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Shirdi and almost part of Maharashtra. There are also some inter-state bus services available from Jalna like, Indore, Burhanpur, Surat, Kalaburagi and Nizamabad. apart from this, rural area of the Jalna district and other districts are well connected by the MSRTC buses to this Jalna bus stand.
