Janie Lorraine Frampton OBE is a former football referee who worked as the National Referee Manager for Education and Training.[1] She has conducted referee training on behalf of the FA and FIFA globally.[1] Frampton was one of eight female FIFA Instructors and contributed to FIFA World Cups and workshops.[1]

Frampton holds positions as the Honorary CEO of Sports Officials UK Ltd, Director of Sports Officials Consultancy, Patron for the Muslim Women's Network UK, National Ambassador for Women in Football, and Executive Chair of the International Socca Federation.[1][2]

Frampton was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2024 New Year Honours for services to equality for women in sport in the UK and abroad.[3]
