Jar jow is a British Chinese dish made with stir fried char siu, pork scratchings and vegetables.[1]

History

The dish was a specialty of Chinatown, London during the 20th century. Its popularity declined in London as American Chinese cuisine began to dominate Chinese takeaways by the early 21st century.[1]
