The Jiskani Tribe(Urdu:جسکانی) Also spelled as Jaskani is a Baloch tribe located in Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab.

Jiskani Balochs came with Ghazi Khan, son of Haji Khan, and Occupied the Indus track above Bhakkar. During the later half of the 16th century, Daud Khan a Jiskani and descendants of one of Ghazi Khan's followers, moved southwards and captured the greater part of Layyah. Emperor Akbar dispersed his tribe, but early in 17th century, the independence of the Jiskani tribe under Baloch Khan was recognized. It is from Baloch Khan that the Jiskani, Mandrani, Mamdani, Sargani, Qalandrani and Muliani who still live in Layyah, Dera Ghazi Khan and Bhakkar districts trace their descent. Most Baloch in Layyah and Bhakkar are Jiskani's, Mamdanis, and Rind.
