John Clark (c. 1828 – April 15, 1880)[1] was a justice of the Idaho Territorial Supreme Court from 1875 to 18__.

"Clark was a native of Ireland. He emigrated to America when a lad; was an old pioneer of this coast, where he followed mining for many years".[1]

"He commenced the study of his profession in this country and by industry and energy reached the topmost round of the ladder of lore. He was in his 53d year and leaves a wife and four children".[1]

Appointed January 14, 1875.[2]
