Johnnie Scroggins (1922–1969) was an American Major League Baseball pitcher who pitched 2 games for the 1947 Kansas City Monarchs in the Negro America League. In those two games had had an ERA of 9.00. He was born in Waxahachie Texas and passed away in Plainview Texas.[1]
