Jokari T. Miller (born December 8, 1975) is an American scientist and robotics/ANI engineer. He is the founder of Sankara Robotics- a company that focuses on ethical uses of robotics to aid in Africa's independence/sovereignty, and to help the poor. He also founded the Center for Ethical Robotics, AI & Nanotechnology (CERAIN), which is a non-profit organization dedicated to stopping the nefarious use of technology (particularly AI). He coined the acronyms: S.A.N.I. (super artificial narrow intelligence), and G.R.A.I.N.S. (genetics, robotics, AI, nanotechnology, and space exploration), and believes these technologies, in the hands of the people who currently have control, will be the "5 horsemen of the apocalypse". He is known for his contributions to robotics, such as the I.F.I. BIOS (Initial Foundation Identity)- a ROM-type system that embeds an identity/rules into a SANI/ANI: ANI system, robot, android or cybernetic system. He created "the Jokarhi Equation"- a representative equation that organizes and maps out each aspect of a SANI/ANI: ANI system, robot, android or cybernetic system. He is dedicated to promoting more science and technology in the African-American/Black community, as well as African youth on the continent of Africa, and in late 2021, he copyrighted a paper entitled, "Using Nanotechnology, and Nano-Robotics to Render Nuclear Weapons Completely Harmless", which was later integrated into a book that he authored entitled "Nanotech Revolution: Using science, and technology to free Africa from subjugation"- a book that proposed that instead of attempting nuclear proliferation as a means to protect itself from foreign theft of their resources, invasion, and meddling in their political affairs, African nations could concentrate on N.M.N. (Nuclear Material Neutralization) research, micro-robotics, and SANI systems to avoid the attention, and swifter response which would occur if a weaker nation attempted to proliferate nuclear weapons, space assets, aircraft carriers, submarines, and 5th/6th generation jet fighters. In February 2022 he launched Juana Lamon-Henderson Military Academy which was a part of CSU STEM/STEAM Bridge at Chicago State University, a private school for elementary/high school-age youth, originally housed at his undergraduate Alma-mater, Chicago State University (CSU). He cited the current poor school systems' (seemingly deliberate) lack of emphasis on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education is leaving poor people as a whole, and Black people in particular, unprepared for the "lightning-speed" at which technology has been going, prompting him to push for independent schooling.
