Jonathan Diller was a police officer who was shot and killed during a traffic stop near 19-19 Mott Avenue in the Far Rockaway area of New York City.

According to reports, at 5:50 p.m. Officer Diller and his partner approached a vehicle that was stopped in front of a bus stop. The subject in the vehicle refused to exit the vehicle and shot Officer Diller in the stomach. Officer Diller was transported to Jamaica Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
