Junkang Center (Chinese; 君康中心) commonly known as the Hilton Wenzhou 339 is a 76-story, 339 m (1,112ft) mega-tall skyscraper currently under construction in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The project will build a high-rise building in southern Zhejiang, located in the core area of ​​Ouhai Central District, with convenient transportation. The Wenzhou Junkang Health Industry Center project is located in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City. The total construction area of ​​the project is approximately 221,000 square meters. It consists of a 77-story hotel office tower, a four-story podium and a three-story basement.

At the same time, regular engineering meetings are held every week to actively coordinate all parties so that all units can move in unison and promote project construction in an orderly manner.

  The foundation slab of the super high-rise building is 3.6 meters thick, involving a concrete volume of 13,000 cubic meters. In order to ensure that the quality is controllable and avoid the formation of cold joints, it will also be poured within 48 to 72 hours. Hu Fei said that during the construction, the project also took the lead in adopting a climbing frame system in Wenzhou. The multi-layer scaffolding can climb autonomously with the floor according to the floor construction height, which not only saves costs, but also increases the safety and aesthetics of the building under construction.

  In the hot construction progress, Junkang also carries the expectation of "super high". One of the videos even had the voice-over of the shooter saying, "The top floor of Hilton 339 is on fire."

On the morning of May 15, a reporter from Upstream News called the Wenzhou City Ouhai District Fire Rescue Brigade. The staff member who answered the phone said: "There was a fire, but it has been put out. The specific situation needs to be disclosed by the relevant departments." Later, the reporter from Upstream News called the Hilton Hotel Branch of Wenzhou Chengtai Investment Development Co., Ltd. as an applicant. The staff member who answered the phone said that the situation was true, "It was a small fire, and the fire was put out quickly. According to the Ouhai Fire Department's report: At about 19:37 on May 14, 2023, a fire broke out on the top floor of Junkang Center (under construction) in Louqiao Street, Ouhai District, Wenzhou City. As of about 19:55, the fire had been completely extinguished. No casualties were found during the on-site investigation, and the burned area was about 3 square meters. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

According to Chao News, on April 18, 2023, the main building of the Hilton 339 project reached 300 meters after 718 days, and the main structure was officially capped. The project is located in the Ouhai Central Business District and is a key project of Zhejiang Province 152. The total investment is 5.12 billion yuan. After completion, the building height will reach 339 meters, becoming a new landmark of the city - "Wenzhou's tallest building."

At present, after the main structure of the building is capped, it has entered the stage of decoration and facade construction, and will be fully completed within 2 months.
