Kallad is a small village situated in Kothamangalam, approximately 5 Km away from Kothamangalam. It lies between the Keerampara village and the small town of Chelad. The village is home to approximately 500 families.
Geography and Wildlife
[edit]Kallad hosts diverse wildlife, including Indian fox, various crane bird species, sparrows, rabbits, parrot, and more. The aquatic ecosystem comprises fishes like snakehead and the Indian long fin eel (Anguilla bengalensis).
Demographics
