Kazi Shameem Farhad (born 05 December 1970), was born in a respected Muslim family in Dhaka, Mohammadpur. He currently serves as the Principal of Dhaka Residential Model College.

Early Life and Education[edit]

Kazi Shameem Farhad was born into respected family in Dhaka, Mohammadpur. His ancestral home is Matlab South upzila of Chandpur. His father Quazi Tafazzal Hossain was the Director of the Field Service Department of Agriculture Extension. Kazi Shameem Farhad passed secondary and Higher Secondary school from Dhaka Residential Model College in 1985 and 1987. He holds a Master's degree in Defense Studies from the National University and another master's degree in Strategy and Development Studies from the Bangladesh University of Professionals.

Career[edit]

Kazi Shameem Farhad Joined Dhaka Residential Model College as Principal on 27 June 2019. He won numerous awards like Best College, Best Principal, Best High School, and Sheikh Russell Padak-2022 as the Principal of Dhaka Residential Model College. He joined the Bangladesh Army under the Ministry of Defense of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in December 1990. He was Promoted to Brigadier General in 2020.

Hobby[edit]

Kazi Shameem Farhad loves to play Cricket and Golf. He spends his spare time playing Cricket in Dhaka Residential Model College ground.
