Kemberly Karyle Delos Reyes Resentes (born October 22, 2004, Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur) is a Filipino singer who began singing at the age of 4. She gained recognition after being discovered through a singing contest and became a recording artist for Visayas and Mindanao. This was facilitated by her former manager and the president of several Philippine radio stations, including Main Radio Energy FM, Mr. Robert M. Cabilida, a renowned balak/poet in the Philippines.[1]
Kemberly is known for her diverse musical talents and has been active in various organizations as a volunteer, endorser, and vlogger.[2][non-primary source needed]
Biography
[edit]Kemberly Karyle Delos Reyes Resentes was born on October 22, 2004, in Pagadian, Zamboanga Del Sur, Philippines to Gemma Edullantes Delos Reyes and Benjamin Berioso Resentes. She discovered her singing talent at the age of four.[3] She has four siblings: Gemberly, Jamby Kristel, Prince Micho, and Princess Chloe.[citation needed]
Resentes completed her elementary education at Santa Lucia Central Elementary School and graduated from CAMP ABELON. She attended Zamboanga del Sur National High School, where she majored in music and was a member of the Himig Chorale. She pursued an Arts and Design track during her senior high school years and served as an SSG officer.[4]
Career
[edit]Resentes began her professional music career at age 11 with the release of her debut song "Ang Ganda kung Ina" on DXRC ENERGY FM VISAYAS MINDANAO.[5] Kemberly debuted on Net 25's KADA UMAGA Show.[6]
She is known for her versatile performances and recordings, both in covers and original music. In 2024, she will be releasing a song "Yaman sa Mundo" composed by Juvy Canlas under the record label "Mabuhay Music Group," a start-up independent record label.[7] Resentes is also an artist at Peteros Music Studio,[8] where her cover of "That's Why You Go Away" was recorded in 2022.
Resentes is a brand ambassador for Dolls Cosmetica and Gana Cosmetics, among other brands in the Philippines.[9][10]

Personal life
[edit]Resentes is in a relationship with Marko (Mark Gifter Penados Nebria), a guitarist/vocalist of the local band NUFSED.[11]
Resentes has been active in organizations such as Tara Kabataan and Barkada Kontra Droga. She served as Vice President of the Pagadian City Chapter Envimovement and as the ZSNHS-SHS SSG Auditor and Vice President.[12]
