Lee keon-jae (born August 13, 1975) is a semiconductor materials engineer from South Korea and serves as a professor at KAIST. His research focuses on soft electronic devices, self-generating sensors, microLED, neuromorphic computing, and the interaction between lasers and materials. Lee obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Over the course of his career, he has been acknowledged with several awards, such as the Academic Award from MRS-K in 2022, the Deputy Prime Minister's Award in 2021, and inclusion as a Young KAST member in 2018.
