Leslie Emmett Given (July 3, 1893 – May 11, 1962) was a justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia from his appointment on January 27, 1950 until his death on May 11, 1962.

Given was a Democrat.

Given died of a heart attack while conferring with colleagues in the private conference room of the Court of Appeals. A doctor with a nearby office was summoned, to no avail.[1]
