Lilia Salgueiro de Simek (born Lilia Josefina Salgueiro Chavarría 19 March 1921 La Paz) is a Bolivian engineer. She was Bolivia's first female engineer.

She was the first child of Juan José Salgueiro and Rosa Chavarría de Salgueiro.

Attended the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia, and graduated on October 25, 1944, with a diploma in Architectural Engineering.

Awarded the 1944-45 Pan-American Scholarship by the Pennsylvania Federation of Women's Clubs and the Institute of International Education to an outstanding South American student, Lilia attended graduate school in Pennsylvania State University, focusing on urban planning.

Upon her return to Bolivia, Lilia had a long professional career, working both in the private sector and for the Ministry of Education.

Married on April 8, 1944 to Evzen Simek, a Czechoslovak emigré. They had one daughter.

Died in La Paz, Bolivia, on November 4, 1977.
