Liu Ruilin (Chinese: 刘瑞林; born in 1965) is a renowned Chinese artist and cultural figure. He is the founder of the national gift brand "Rui Falang" and serves as the President of the Hong Kong Royal Arts and Crafts Design Institute. Liu is also the Vice President of the Beijing Chinese Culture Promotion Society and the Chairman of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Committee.
