Based in Hangzhou, China, Longqi Scientific Investment is a private technology-driven quantitative asset management company founded in 2011.[1]

Background

Longqi was registered under the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) since April 2014.[2]

In July 2020, Longqi's wholly-owned subsidiary Longqi Scientific (Hong Kong) Limited successfully obtained the asset management license (Type 9) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC).[3][4]

Dr. Ken Zhu, founder of LONGQI, graduated from Boston University and worked as a portfolio manager at BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors (BGI).[6]
