Draft:Loop1

  • Comment: Pure ADMASQ, with zero evidence of notability. The sources are a mix of primary sources and routine business reporting, none of which contributes anything towards WP:GNG / WP:NCORP. I should have rejected this the last time, and this submission now demonstrates that notability simply isn't there. For that reason, and to prevent further reviewer time being expended on this, I am now rejecting this draft. DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:37, 1 January 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: (Eh, moved as I was declining.)
Borderline rejection, but let's give it one more chance.
None of the sources count towards notability per WP:GNG / WP:ORGCRIT. We need to see what independent and reliable secondary sources have said, of their own volition, about the business.
Expressions like "proudly serves", "valuable insights", etc. are peacocky marketing blurb, which has no place in an encyclopaedia. DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:07, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
  • Comment: No proof of notability. Not enough independent and reliable sources used. – Kilaseell - Message me! - 11:06, 8 November 2023 (UTC)

Loop1[edit]

Loop1 Corporation is a multinational company, headquartered in Austin, Texas, that serves as a global SolarWinds Elite Partner, specializing in the SolarWinds IT Operations Management (ITOM) products, network monitoring and observability solutions. The company is privately owned and employs more than 115 staff. SolarWinds Corporation is an American company that develops software for businesses to help manage their networks, systems, and information technology infrastructure.[1] [2]

Loop1 are the architects of the Loop1 Monitoring Maturity Model L1M3 (pronounced ‘lime’) [3] an ITOM methodology framework which delivers a simplified roadmap and scorecard to enable organizations to plan, deploy and measure their digital transformation projects, and improve the value of their overall IT operations. It was designed to enable organizations to leverage IT tools and operational data to inform business services and drive better business decisions. L1M3 is positioned as a proactive, community-aligned, ‘flexible ITIL’ designed to deliver continuous improvement with less overhead.

Expansion and Acquisitions[edit]

In recent years, Loop1 has expanded its global presence through a series of acquisitions and mergers. In 2019 it entered the United Kingdom market, acquiring an established SolarWinds reseller, Kenson Network Engineering. The acquisition enabled Loop1 to extend its global capabilities in providing professional services and training for the SolarWinds portfolio of products.[4][5]

In 2020, Loop1 extended its reach into the Asia Pacific region, entering into a merger with Australian-based, Xlate Group. Anthony Bettanin, former CEO at Xlate Group, assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Loop1 Corporation and relocated to Austin, Texas. In January 2023, Anthony was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. The Xlate merger led to the opening of a regional office in Sri Lanka, which today has grown to 40 employees, and in 2023 achieved several coveted Great place To Work certifications.[6] [7]

The Loop1 Australia office was closed in 2022.

These strategic expansions and mergers have contributed to Loop1's global presence, with offices now located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany [8], and Sri Lanka. The company has grown to 115 employees across four continents, serving clients in more than 60 countries.
