"Lord You Know" is a song by Harlem rapper Cam'ron, featuring R&B singer Jaheim and produced by DJ Khaled and Nasty Beatmakers.

Originally released with the title "Long Time Coming" featuring Juelz Santana on The Diplomats' mixtape Vol. 5 in 2003 and Juelz Santana's mixtape Back Like Cooked Crack Vol. 2: More Crack in 2005.

It was originally intended to be the second single from his fourth studio album Purple Haze (2004). But it was cut from the album. However the song did make an apperance on Sippin' On Sizzurp Volume 1: Getting Drunk On Music.
