Luke M. Vaillancourt is an American business executive^[1] and the President^[2] of Vaillancourt Folk Art, a Christmas studio based in Sutton, Massachusetts.

Education[edit]

Vaillancourt is a graduate of Worcester Academy and Rochester Institute of Technology.^[3] His published works include "Marketing4Digital: A Guide to Print Markets (Advertising)" (PIA/GATFPress, 2007) and "Interactivity in Advertising: The Key to Furthering Advertising Effectiveness" (Rochester Institute of Technology, 2006).

Career[edit]

After his education, Vaillancourt returned to Central Massachusetts^[4] working in advertising and marketing. He founded Mass Foodies^[5] and worked in digital marketing^[6]^[7] before joining Vaillancourt Folk Art in 2007 and was recognized as a 40 Under Forty honoree in 2012^[8]He became the company's President in 2020.

Community Involvement[edit]

Vaillancourt has served on the Board of Trustees at Worcester Academy^[9] and Worcester Historical Museum, and the Board of Directors at Millbury Federal Credit Union and Discover Central Massachusetts. He is also involved with the Worcester Art Museum^[10]^[11]^[12] and has participated in forums by the Worcester Business Journal, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, and at Congressional Roundtables.^[13]^[14]^[15]^[16]

Personal Life[edit]

Vaillancourt lives in Sutton, Massachusetts^[17] and is a regular resource for the region's culinary^[18] and wine scene^[19] through his involvement as a partner with Mass Food & Wine.^[20]^[21]
