Luke McDonagh is an Irish legal scholar.

Education[edit]

He received his BCL degree from the University of Galway in 2005. He received his LLM from London School of Economics in 2007.[1] He completed his PhD at Queen Mary University of London in 2011.[2]

Career[edit]

He is an Associate Professor in the LSE Law School at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an academic expert in the field of intellectual property law.[1]

Awards[edit]

He is the 2023 Lalive and Merryman Fellow, an award granted by the International Journal of Cultural Property in honour of the late scholars Prof Pierre Lalive and Prof John Henry Merryman for the best article published in 2022.[3]
