Mariia Domina is Associate Professor in Business Law at the University of Lorraine. She is also an External Research Fellow at the Maastricht European Private Law Institute, University of Maastricht.

Mariia is an author of numerous publications in comparative and European financial, banking and corporate law. Her research interests include interdisciplinary research, legal theory and methodology, as well as empirical research.
