Mariia Luchuk (born c. 1995) is a contemporary Ukrainian ceramic artist and sculptor who founded the ManyaMade ceramic studio and brand. She is known for her innovative sculptural works and functional dinnerware featuring signature flat-bottom glazing techniques.Mariia Luchuk studio is based in Toronto.  

Early Life and Education[edit]

Luchuk's passion for ceramics began while attending the Children's School of Arts from 2006–2011 in her hometown. She went on to earn diplomas in Decorative Applied Arts (2015) and Artistic Ceramics (2017) from the Kosiv Institute of the Lviv National Academy of Arts.

Artistic Career[edit]

In 2019, Mariia Luchuk founded ManyaMade, a ceramic studio for producing modern, innovative tableware for homes and restaurants. The tableware stands out due to its minimalist design and flat-bottom glazing technology. Aligning with Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy, she avoids flashy colors in favor of natural, neutral tones.

Luchuk also shares her ceramic knowledge through international residencies, exchanges and specialized symposiums globally. She aims to push the technical boundaries of contemporary ceramic arts while bringing Ukrainian aesthetics to new audiences.
