Major General (Ret.) Dr. H. Markoni, S.H., M.H. (born November 14, 1964, in Padang, Indonesia) is an Indonesian retired military officer and legal expert. With a strong background in both military and legal education, Dr. Markoni has made significant contributions in various fields throughout his career, both in the military and in law.
