- Comment: Please do not cite the website of the subject's program as one of the sources. The sentence "MathsWorldUK will be aimed at all ages, including young people, families and school parties, and allow people to discover the joy and power of mathematics through hands-on experiments and challenges" is too promotional. MathsWorldUK is a charity established in 2013, with the objective of creating a mathematical visitor attraction for people to engage with and learn about mathematics, which would be the first in the UK. MathsWorldUK will be aimed at a wide range of ages, including young people, families and schools, and will include hands-on activities, experiments and puzzles aimed at facilitating mathematical discovery and enjoyment, arranged into sections by mathematical topic[1].
After a period of fundraising[2], MathsWorldUK established the hands-on discovery centre MathsCity, located in Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre, in October 2021[3][4][5][6][7][8].
