Mayu Crossley (クロスリー真優, Kurosurī Mayū); born 15 June 2006) is a Japanese professional tennis player. She has a career-high ITF junior combined ranking of No. 5, achieved on 12 June 2023.

Early life[edit]

Mayu Crossley was born in Tokyo to an American father and a Japanese mother. She trains at the Evert Tennis Academy.[1][2]

Junior career[edit]

In 2022, she won back-to-back titles at Eddie Herr and the Orange Bowl. She was the first Japanese player to win the Orange Bowl.[3]

In 2023, she reached the quarterfinals of the French Open.[4]

Professional career[edit]

In September 2022, she made her professional debut after qualifying for the $15k event in Cancún, where she reached the quarterfinals.[5] In May 2024, she reached the final of the $35k One Talent Cup in Boca Raton, but lost to Kajsa Rinaldo Persson.[6]
