In 2017, After its purchase by the United Apartment Group, Meadow Park Apartments underwent a comprehensive renovation to modernize its facilities and improve the overall living experience for residents. The renovation project aimed to enhance the quality of life within the complex by upgrading infrastructure, amenities, and common areas.

Furthermore, in 2020, Meadow Park embarked on an expansion initiative to meet the evolving housing needs of the community. This expansion involved the construction of three new buildings within the complex, increasing its housing capacity and further solidifying its role as a cornerstone of affordable housing in Rogers, Arkansas.
