Michelle Wendy Hacker (born February 19, 1955), better known by her pen name Michelle Ende', is an American writer, poet, and composer. Her contributions vary from poetry and novels to classical orchestral compositions. Ende's academic background is in statistics, finance, and business administration. Early life and education

Ende' was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, as a second-generation immigrant of Bulgarian descent. Her grandparents emigrated from Bulgaria to the United States during the First World War. Ende' acquired a bachelor's degree in accounting from Tampa College in 1995.
