mickeen [mi:kīn] (real name Miks Pinzulis) is Latvian Electronic music producer.
Biography
[edit]Mickeen released his first single, "Different Story", in 2016.[1]
In 2022, he founded a label and community called RIIA COLLECTIVE. A year later, Mickeen produced the album "PARALĒLES"[2] for the artist ZEĻĢIS, with whom he has extensively performed throughout Latvia.
Mickeen released his debut album "HYALITE" in 2023, which won the Annual Latvian Music Recording Awards for the Best Debut Album in 2024.[3][4]
HYALITE
Mickeen has collaborated with rappers Goča, Ods, E.V., I MEAN LOVE, and ZEĻĢIS, as well as singers MADA and Emīlija, alongside music producer Zen Paul. Mickeen took charge of the album's production, mixing, and mastering, with additional mastering support provided by Zen Paul.[5][6]
