Mihrunnisa's date of birth is unknown. She was born to Hizir Hayderin Pasha and an unknown woman. Nothing is known about her childhood and subsequent years of life.
Wedding[edit]
After some time, Mihrunnisa fell in love with Prince Mustafa. With Barbarossa's consent, Prince Mustafa secretly married Mihrunnisa. Unfortunately, Mahidevran's son revealed the truth to Prince Bayezid, and he told Sultan Huricihan, as a result of which Sultan Suleiman himself later learned the truth.
Loss of Father[edit]
After some time, as a result of the intrigue of Sultana Hurrem and Rustem Pasha, Sultana Mihrunnisa lost her father, who was poisoned.
Further fate and pregnancy[edit]
After some time, Jastrząb was ordered to kill the Sultana Mihrunnisa. Initially, he wanted to do it, but he gave up when he found out that the woman was pregnant. The Sultana forgave him and did not tell Mustafa about it. Soon, Mihrunnisa gave birth to a son, whom Mustafa named Mehmed (after his deceased brother).
Hurrem's final intrigue[edit]
Soon, Sultana Hurrem hatched a wicked intrigue - she sent a letter to Shah Tahmasb on behalf of Prince Mustafa with a proposal of cooperation, and she forwarded the answer to Suleiman. Then Mihrunisa began to get very nervous. She knew that the prince was in danger of death. She ordered Jastrzębie to remove Suleiman from power and during Jastrzębie's absence, she took care of his "son" - Yusuf. Unfortunately, the rescue operation failed - Mustafa died.
Further fate and death[edit]
After the death of Prince Mustafa, Sultana Mihrunnisa broke down. She went to Bursa. When her son Mehmed was taken away, Mihrunnisa was convinced that her child had been killed (it is not known what happened to Mehmed). After losing Mehmed, Mihrunnisa came to Topkapi, where in front of Sultana Hurrem, Sultana Mahidevran and the entire harem, she committed suicide by stabbing herself with a dagger.[[:Category:]]
