In 1959 Mirabito acquired Fred Crawer Fuel in Unadilla, NY.
In 1963 Mirabito acquired Unadilla Oil and Fuel in Unadilla, NY.
In 1969 Mirabito acquired Benedict Fuel Company in Unadilla, NY.
In 1972 Mirabito acquired Pickwick Oil Company in Bainbridge, NY.
In 1983 Mirabito acquired Savory Oil in Vestal, NY.
