Mohamed Abosalem (Egyptian Arabic: محمد ابوسالم) (born on 31 October 1991) is an Egyptian navigator with engineering degree obtained from a German university, and considered one of the experts in the maritime-tech industry. Mohamed Abosalem worked in several roles within the maritime industry in both operational and managerial positions in several maritime sectors. He is best known for his contribution bridging maritime and technology in his master-thesis titled (Applications of Blockchain Technology in Maritime Industry). Mohamed Abosalem is currently working for a major tech company based in Germany.
