Moncure Biddle (1882–1956) was an American banker, book collector, and philanthropist. He was a member of the prominent Philadelphia Biddle family, the son of Algernon Sydney Biddle and Frances Brown. Moncure Biddle was a son in law of Ernest Fenollosa through his marriage to Fenollosa's daughter Brenda (1883–1959). Biddle was a patron of the rare book collection at the Free Library of Philadelphia. A graduate of Harvard College, Moncure Biddle was a member of the Rittenhouse Club, Pohoqualine Fish Association, the Philadelphia Club, and Brooks's in London. He was a shareholder in the Library Company of Philadelphia.
