Ayatullah Muhammad Baqir Tahriri (Born 1955) is a Twelver Shia scholar based in Qom, Iran. His father, Mahmud Tahriri, was also a well-known religious scholar acquainted with notable scholars such as Ayatullah Taqi Bahjat, Imam Khomeini, Allamah Muhammad Hussain Tabataba'i, Shaykh Rajab Ali Khayyat and more.[1]

Baqir Tahiri hmself has learned from several renowned scholars such as Ayatullah Bahjat and Allamah Tabataba'i in addition to his father. He is currently the Imam of congregational prayers at Imam Khomeini University in Qom.[1]

Baqir Tahriri authored several books in his lifetime, two of which so far have been translated to English.
His commentary on hadith of Unwan al-Basri was translated to English by Kazim Bhojani and published by Hidden Treasure Publications under title True Servitude and The Reality of Knowledge
His commentary on the treatise of rights by Imam Zayn al-Abidin was translated to English by Salman Bhojani and published by Bab Al-Ridha Publications under title A Treatise on Servitude.
