Murray Hallam is an Australian aquaponics entrepreneur who is known worldwide in the aquaponics agriculture activities of many countries. Murray is an innovator and has developed a Australian-based Research & Development facility for testing new methodologies for commercial farm aquaponic systems.[1] Methodologies and systems developed for these aquaponics plans and kits are distributed throughout Australia, India[2], New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda, and the United States. Feedback from users has provided valuable development data for instructional books and video series that has evolved into a significant knowledge base about aquaponics.

Biography[edit]

Murray grew up in a strong farming community in the Granite Belt area of South Queensland, Australia, known for its orchards and vegetable cropping where he developed a deep connection with farming and the land. He discovered aquaponics in early 2006 and immediately put those farming skills to work and founded his first business in Brisbane, Australia.[3]

With his agribusiness background Murray has continuously researched to expand aquaponics knowledge and skills in the industry. He is best known for his aquaponics full length video series. Murray has many YouTube shorts with millions of views on over 300 clips about aquaponics and related topics[4]
