Narco-slavery is terminology describing undocumented immigrants to the United States bonded by drug cartels as laborers in brutal conditions.[1] U.S. Senator Ted Cruz released a short video in 2022 castigating U.s. president Joe Biden’s immigration policies and blaming them for the problem.
