Omar Sabbagh was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He began playing football with the Calgary Villains from 2008 to 2016, before joining the Irvine Strikers in California. Early Life and Youth Career

Omar Sabbagh was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He began his football journey with the Calgary Villains from ages 6 to 14 (2008–2016), before moving to California, where he joined the prestigious Irvine Strikers from ages 14 to 17 (2016–2019). Sabbagh competed in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) with the Strikers. His strong performances during his youth career helped him transition to a professional football career.[1]

Sabbagh played for the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) from 2020 to 2023 in NCAA Division 1.
