Opal In Sky is a Canadian metal band formed in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2019 by brothers Tyson and Dylon Opalinsky. Their music is influenced by extreme metal genres, like deathcore and metalcore. They are noted for having very positive and uplifting lyrics.
History
[edit]The band released their first single, "Aurora" on July 18, 2022. On September 16, 2022, the band released their first EP, called "The Blight." Across 2023, the band would release more singles, including "Sequential Lives," "Planetary Bliss," "The Sacral," and "Empathy, The Gift." It was in 2023 when the band became popular on Youtube and Tiktok from their comedic videos about Metal stereotypes. On July 2, 2024, the band released their first studio album, "Dream Shift."
