The Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) with a steadfast commitment to advancing true freedom across the African continent. Established to uphold the principles articulated in the Washington Declaration of 2010, the OEAS serves as a catalyst for fostering unity, self-determination, and prosperity among emerging African nations.[1][2][3][4]
