P Nazeer ((ഡോ പി നസീര് - in Malayalam, born on 15 May 1969) in an Indian educationalist, scholar and researcher from Kerala. He currently works as the Principal at Mannaniya College of Arts and Science,.[1][2] Peringode in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala state. He is also a Research Guide at the University of Kerala.
Earlier, he also worked as the Director at the Department of Minority Welfare under the government of Kerala.
Early Life[edit]
Dr P Nazeer[3] was born on 15th of May 1969 to the couples Peeru Kannu and Ummul Kulsam at Nemom village in Thiruvananthapuram district. He had his early education at Nemom and completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from University of Kerala. He is married and has two children.
Education[edit]
Dr P Nazeer has acquired his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Kerala. The research study carried out on the empowerment of Muslims in education in the Country and special references on the Muslims in Kerala.
He cleared Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET) conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC) in June 1999. He has dual post graduate degrees - MA in History and MA in Islamic History, both from the University of Kerala. In addition, he also holds B.Ed. in English and History (double main) from M.S. University. He has completed Diploma in Computer Science and Application from VCC and another Diploma in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies.
