[edit]The roots of Paakashala can be traced back to the inception of Brahmin's Coffee Bar in Shankarapuram by Nageshwara Adiga, father of Vasudeva Adiga, in 1965. [2] Brahmin's Coffee Bar started as a humble establishment serving traditional South Indian delicacies and beverages, quickly gaining popularity under Nageshwara Adiga's stewardship. [3]

[edit]Despite initial success, challenges arose within the partnership, prompting Vasudeva Adiga to relinquish his stakes in Vasudev Adiga's Fastfood Pvt Ltd in August 2017.
