Paul Y. Lee is a British orthopaedic surgeon, sports medicine doctor,[1] regenerative medicine specialist, and professor.[2] He is professionally known for serving as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and as a Visiting Professor of Sports Medicine with the School of Sport and Exercise Science, at the College of Social Science and the University of Lincoln.[3][4]

He is also a Visiting Professor of Medical Engineering at the University of Chester.[5][6] Lee also founded London Cartilage Clinic and MSK Doctors,[7][8] where he also serves as Medical Director.[9][10]

Lee is the Regional Surgical Advisor for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.[2]

Career[edit]

Lee joined the Gilmore Groin Clinic in Harley Street, London, in 2018.[11][3] He introduced regeneration approach to sports injuries as part of the London Sports & Injuries clinic in Harley Street.[11][2] He treated high-profile clients.[7][2]

Lee established a partnership with the Phoenix Hospital Group in Harley Street, London, in 2019 to deliver concierge orthopaedics regeneration and sports surgery to patients.[7][11][3][2]

He still serves as the Senior Medical Advisor for the ConsentPlus, which he founded in 2014. Lee is the Regeneration Surgeon at the London Cartilage Clinic, which he joined in January 2023.[3][2]

In 2017, Lee founded MSK Doctors.[4][5][6] He introduced STACi, Lipogems, SPAIRE, and KneeKG treatments to clinical practice.[11][3][10][2] Lee became the Medical Director for MSK Doctors.[3][6][9]
