Perfluoric acid (HFO4) is an unstable hypothetical fluor oxyacid , molecular weight 84 g/molar. Its salts are experimentally possible, but not found in nature. Some fluorates known are NaFO4 or sodium fluorate, CA(FO4) 2 or calcium fluorate, NH4FO4 or ammonium fluorate, Al(FO4) 3 or aluminum fluorate, and others salt.
