Peter Emanuel Ikera is a Tanzanian preacher, cleric, and theologian, widely recognized as the President and Founder of the Kingdom of Heaven On Earth Mission Church (KHOEM). Additionally, he is the Founder of Kingdom Way Generation Pre-Schools and the Founder and CEO of Tanakh Fm Radios and Tanakh TV.
