Pragati Chourasiya is an indian actress who has predominantly worked in Indian television shows. She is best known as Piya Shastri in Shastri Sisters[1] and now notably as Swara Shukla in Suhaagan.[2]
Career[edit]
Pragati Chourasiya started her acting career at the age of four as a child artist with Star Plus show Kahiin to Hoga.[3] In 2009, she got her first lead role as Kakoon in the show Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai.[3] Then, she got to do important roles in the shows Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai[3] and Shastri Sisters.[4] After that, she got the chance to feature in several Indian television shows and continued to play several prominent roles in several television shows.[3] Since 2024, she is playing the lead role of Swara Shukla in the television series Suhaagan alongside Akshay Kharodia and Dhwani Gori.[2]
